Robert Tennessen Reappointed To Institute For Law And Politics Advisory Board
Robert Tennessen was recently reappointed to the Advisory Board for the Institute for Law & Politics. Since its inception in 2007, the Institute has hosted numerous events led by legal and political leaders including U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, former Minnesota Governor Al Quie, former White House Chief of Staff John Podesta, former U.S. Assistant Attorney General Rachel Brand.
The Institute for Law and Politics is a national research center sponsored by the University of Minnesota School of Law. It brings together law and politics, and provides theoretical and practical research and programs on national and international issues, especially such topics as election law, voting rights, campaign finance, judicial politics, international governance and elections, and the separation of powers.
